Beautiful park! Staff is friendly and helpful. We’ve stayed here a few times now and always had a great experience. Only downside is that they are not really kid friendly as this is predominantly a 55+ park most of the year but they do allow families to come in during the off season for a max of 28 days at a time.

Lot's of ants, site not cleaned up and no table. This was a luxury sight. Ha ha.. To do one load of laundry it was $10.00 Dryer doesn't get clothes dry so you have no choice but to pay another $5.00. Our patio chairs worked better...except for the ants. Don't waste you time. Stay in Temecula

We were here for an RV Rally and had a blast! The resort has multiple pools in one location. Huge banquet room and service-friendly staff. Additionally, our rally had several meals served to large crowds and the food didn't disappoint. I would recommend coming here and they also have several pickleball courts if that's important to you. We utilized it on several occasions in the morning

I have noticed that the pool area is so much cleaner and organized lately since it seems the resort has put a really nice man in charge who is always working so hard at it. Also, the gym has also improved due to another nice man who cleans it everyday. Both men who seem to be new employees have such a kind and caring disposition. Thanks to all the employees at the resort who have made our visit such a pleasure.

So, these people think they own the Hilton of RV resorts or something, when it's really the Holiday Inn. The sites are level, the sites are clean, and that's where the positive things abruptly stop. The pool always has bugs and debris floating in it, the bathrooms always smell strongly of sewer, someone left poop on the floor in one of the showers, and the amenities are pretty much unable to be used. The "library" doesn't have a book in it that has been written in the past 25 years, and when you go to use it, they find reasons you can't. Kids are nowhere to be seen on property, no bike riding, no playing at the amenities, or even in their sites or walking a dog. So, if you're looking for a family friendly resort, this ain't it, chief. This place is closer to a retirement home or assisted living facility than it is a family resort. The manager and staff are disgusting with how much they think they're better than others. Our RV is in great condition, our site is clean, and we are quiet and respectful to our neighbors, yet we were told, "the condition of your RV was never approved by us, you won't be staying here again." It's a 2000, the CA sun has had its way with the decals, but that's the only thing wrong with it. When we checked in, it was at 2pm, we didn't sneak in, we didn't hide our RV, and we were let in with zero problems. What they didn't like was our kids, and that's why they put us out. Our kids aren't addicted to screens anymore since we started this, so they like to go out, ride their bikes, explore, etc... and every time they would try and go have fun, they were sent back home and told they weren't allowed to do this, that or the other thing. They're tweens, in our other RV resorts we visit, we have no issues. They're respectful kids and quiet for being kids, but they're still kids. The way we were told that we weren't going to be allowed to stay any longer was gross, this place is located in the dirtiest city, and they charge through the nose and discriminate against families. Even if we got a brand new RV, we wouldn't be coming back. We said we wouldn't come back after the first time, but we gave them another shot and they failed miserably. Don't stay here unless you're over the age of 80, have a brand new rig, and you don't have anyone under 18 with you. Don't plan on using the amenities, the laundry is severely overpriced, the bathrooms are nasty and so are the pool, the library has old and outdated books, the wifi is slow and spotty, and the owners think they're better than common folk. Oh and in our spot last time, right next to where we parked our vehicle, there was a metal pole sticking out of the ground about an inch, someone didn't finish grinding it down. It was sharp and in the direct path to pop my passenger side tires, I tripped over it multiple times and had to catch myself from falling... dangerous!

We were a large group of about 82 guests. We rented cottages and RV sites. This was our RV club rally. We give our entire experience five stars. The hospitality and attention from all staff was o er the top. The Chef and kitchen staff went over board to suit all of our needs. They catered four meal, all excellent. Pickle courts…fantastic… even the other visitors who were staying at the resort, befriended us and hung out a bit and invited our group into their pickleball circle. Nice dog park. RV sites super clean and spacious. Pools are heated and super clean.

A nicely laid out RV park. Each space at a little greenery with hedges to separate you from your neighbor. And if you're lucky a tree. The facilities were clean. A good selection of laundry facilities. Plenty of space to do your laundry. The pool was really nice and had some little cabana like areas where you could have shade and didn't want to be in the sun. It was just so hot while we were there that walking around the park during the day was not an option. My one complaint is that no one seems to be available when you have an issue. Like when we didn't realize that the credit card slot for the laundry facilities you had to slide it. You couldn't just tap it to make it work. Also, it was so hot in there. It was like they return the air on and off to conserve energy which I can kind of understand. But for those of us in there, doing our laundry was very annoying.
